AM PACKAGE ( 8 AM to 5.59 PM ) , FROM RM250 ( Extra Mileage Surcharge will be imposed if the patient's location is more than 10 km from the doctor's office )
For patients who require medical assistance from our house-call doctor within the period of 8 AM to 5.59 PM, this package is made for you.
The whole package includes the cost of :
- Medication (at least 3 days supply of CERTAIN medication only relevant to the patient’s ailments if necessary)
- Doctor’s consultation (at least 15 to 30 minutes) & physical examination
- Glucose test
- Patient education and self-management support
- Toll fee
- Prescriptions (Hardcopy or softcopy)
- Referral letters (If going to admit)
- Medical certificate (where necessary)
- Medication reconciliation
- Coordination with other healthcare providers
- Lifetime follow-up via call / WhatsApp
