These charges include

Within 6 to 10 KM , the basic charge is RM250
Between 10 km to 19 km from the doctor's office, an extra RM10 per KM + basic charge RM250
Between 20 km to 24 km from the doctor's office, an extra RM150 + basic charge RM250
Between 25 km to 29 km from the doctor's office, an extra RM200 + basic charge RM250
Special Area Surcharge - More than 30 KM or more than 1 hour for doctors to travel from their office.
